These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cz77 ("cz77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cz77.ws and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by cz77, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You have not previously been excluded from the cz77 Platform or any affiliated platform, whether voluntarily or as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of cz77 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment service partners.

cz77 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or void any winnings if it determines, at any time, that a User does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above. Any funds held in an ineligible account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and our internal compliance procedures.

To access real-money games and services on cz77, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all cz77 accounts:

• One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active cz77 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited and will be closed, with any associated balances forfeited.
• Accurate information required. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update your details promptly if they change. cz77 is not liable for errors, delays, or losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

• Account non-transferability. cz77 accounts are strictly personal. They may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person.

All transactions on the cz77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). cz77 does not charge currency conversion fees, and your account balance is displayed and transacted entirely in PHP.

Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the selected method and KYC status of the account.
• Pending KYC: cz77 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Users are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Transaction records: A complete record of all deposits and withdrawals is available in your account dashboard. Users are responsible for reviewing transaction history regularly and reporting any discrepancies promptly.

cz77 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payments from unknown third-party sources. Any attempt to deposit funds from a payment method not registered to the account holder may result in transaction reversal and account review.

cz77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Eligible games. Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward the completion of wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the relevant bonus terms. Live dealer games, certain slots, and table games may have reduced or zero contribution rates.
• Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms will expire. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time. Unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms, only one bonus may be active in a cz77 account at any given time.
• Bonus abuse. cz77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated play designed to exploit bonus mechanics, and arbitrage or low-risk wagering strategies deployed solely to meet wagering requirements. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated under controlled conditions. The integrity of all games is maintained by the respective game providers and subject to their independent testing and certification.

• Bet finality. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the User after confirmation, except where expressly permitted by the rules of a specific game.
• Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error during a game round, cz77 reserves the right to declare the affected bets void and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings resulting from a clearly erroneous payout caused by a technical malfunction are not valid and will not be honored.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cz77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with cz77.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's systems, software, or game outcomes.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or poker-style games.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 5.
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your cz77 account by any third party.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated voluntarily or by cz77.

cz77 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account — including mandatory deposit limits or forced cooling-off periods — where our monitoring systems or support team identify indicators of potential problem gambling behavior, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.

cz77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity involving the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the User or their payment provider.
• A legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement necessitating account action.
• The User's voluntary request to close their account.

Upon account closure — whether initiated by cz77 or the User — any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations or holds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cz77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures, network outages, or maintenance downtime.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where cz77 has not been negligent in securing its systems.
• Losses or damages resulting from your reliance on any information, advice, or content published on the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by events outside cz77's reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes cz77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

cz77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cz77 will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a notification displayed upon next login, an email to the address registered on the account, or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming regulations and relevant Philippine law, to the extent applicable.

In the event of a dispute between a User and cz77, the User should first contact cz77 support via live chat or email to attempt an informal resolution. cz77 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within a reasonable timeframe and to handling disputes in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through the relevant regulatory channels available under Philippine gaming law. cz77 will cooperate fully with any such process.
